Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.
Non-Custom Items
If the product is not customized, it may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.
